This opportunity offers individuals looking to build a career in education, within a unique school environment, giving you the opportunity to propel your career into education, leadership & management. You will be trained as a Learning Support Assistant, working young people who require additional support in school. This opportunity is particularly relevant for individuals aspiring to enter into a career in education, psychology or mental health.

The schools available are based in Southampton and the surrounding areas - all of these schools support a range of children, including those social, emotional and mental health needs as well as complex learning needs.
We have several positions available to start in January 2026 - you will be paid between £450-£475 per week, depending on your experience to date.
Requirements for the role: Learning Support Assistant
- Experience working with young people in either a volunteering or professional capacity
-A degree in Psychology or another relevant subject is desirable but not essential
- Excellent ability to build connections with young people of all backgrounds
- Positive, proactive and patient
- Ability to motivate and inspire young people
