Project Support Coordinator
*Annual Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience

Join a leading construction company specializing in large-scale fit-outs. We are looking for a Project Support Coordinator to assist the project teams in delivering successful outcomes. This role is crucial for supporting project planning, coordination, documentation, procurement, and communication to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, coordinate with team members, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
*Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, update status reports, and prepare progress summaries.
*Task & Resource Management: Track project milestones, assist in resource allocation, and ensure teams have necessary tools and information.
*Communication: Act as a point of contact between internal teams, departments, and clients; escalate issues promptly.
*Process & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
*Procurement & Supplier Management: Raise and track purchase orders, monitor purchase tracking, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
*Commissioning & Certification: Assist in coordinating commissioning activities and ensure collection of final certificates from suppliers and subcontractors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a project support or administrative role within construction or related industries is desirable.
*Familiarity with M&E, healthcare, or fit-out projects is an advantage.
*Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project) preferred.
*Understanding of procurement processes and supplier coordination is beneficial.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
