A highly regarded Top Legal 500 practice in the Altrincham area is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join its thriving and well-respected Commercial Property team. The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, working closely with a team of experienced partners and associates.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Acting on acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases
*Advising landlords, tenants, developers, and investors
*Supporting on commercial development projects
*Handling portfolio management work
*Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and ancillary documentation
*Managing your own caseload with autonomy while receiving guidance where needed
*Assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
We are looking for a strong, commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor who wants to develop within a highly reputable department.
You will ideally have:
*3+ years PQE in commercial property
*Strong technical knowledge and experience running your own caseload
*Excellent communication and client-handling skills
*A proactive, organised and collaborative working style
*Confidence in developing relationships with clients and referrers
