CNC Miller Setter Operator
Location: Coventry (Commutable from Coventry, Leicester and Birmingham)
Salary: Starting rate £23.73 per hour (£42,571.62 per annum), rising to £25.39 per hour (£45,549.66 per annum) including shift allowance after 6 months, plus unlimited overtime
Shifts: Weekend dayshift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 06:00-18:00

The Role
As a CNC Miller Setter Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines within a precision aerospace environment, working to set production times and targets.
Key responsibilities include:
*Setting and operating CNC millers (3-6 axis); knowledge of aerospace would be useful
*Working on Boko and Correa machines
*Working with 3 to 6 axis CNC machinery
*Providing flexibility in relation to operating more than one machine
*Working to achieve set production times and targets
About You
To be successful in this CNC Miller Setter Operator role, you will have:
*Mechanical apprentice training or be qualified by experience
*Experience with 3 to 6 axis CNC machines
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Self-motivation with the ability to multi-task, with guidance and supervision
*The ability to read and work from engineering drawings
