Day-to-day of the role:
*Create a warm and inviting first impression for every guest, ensuring they feel truly looked after from the moment they arrive.
*Offer knowledgeable guidance across our range of products and services, helping clients discover their needs.
*Manage appointments and support our beauty experts, therapists, and brand partners to ensure a seamless and efficient client journey.
*Maintain immaculate presentation standards across the Beauty Concierge Desk, ensuring the spaces reflect the sophistication of our environment.
*Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to excellence — our clients expect exceptional service whenever they visit, including evenings and weekends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in a luxury retail, spa, or beauty reception environment.
*Strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, and fragrance trends.
*Natural communicator and relationship builder who loves creating memorable experiences for clients.
