Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrator to join our busy recruitment function. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and is comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment. The successful candidate should be proactive, not shy away from phone duties, and be able to start as soon as possible.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle administrative tasks within the recruitment function, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
*Manage communication via phone and email, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
*Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records with high accuracy.
*Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment events.
*Prepare and distribute relevant documentation related to recruitment processes.
*Support the recruitment team by handling queries and providing necessary administrative assistance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment, preferably in recruitment.
*Strong customer service skills and a confident communicator on the phone.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
*Proficient in MS Office and familiar with database management.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
