Office Assistant – Full Time
Location: Evesham
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
*Provide administrative support, including data entry and document management
*Process wholesale and retail orders accurately
*Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
*Maintain records using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
*Assist with picking and packing small daily orders
*Support social media activities and photo shoot coordination
*Contribute ideas for improving processes and workflows
What We’re Looking For
*Previous administrative experience and solid understanding of office procedures
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
*Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
*Professional communication and good phone etiquette
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
*Interest in jewellery or fashion is a bonus!
