Overview:
Join a busy Glasgow team as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, managing a varied caseload from instruction to completion. You’ll guide clients through purchases, sales, transfers of title and remortgages, working in a supportive environment with helpful paralegal assistance and modern systems.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
*Scottish qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
*Confident managing your own caseload independently
*Experience handling transactions end-to-end, including drafting, due diligence and settlement
Skills:
*Attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach
*Excellent communication skills and a client-centred manner
*Comfortable working independently while contributing to team aims
*Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes
