This role is well suited to a senior-level Business Manager with experience supporting executive leaders within a fast-paced, complex or regulated business. You will operate at the centre of leadership activity, enabling the CEO and Executive Committee to work with focus, discipline and visibility.

The Business

You will be working closely with the CEO, Executive Committee and wider leadership group to support strategic priorities, governance cadence and communication flow. The model is collaborative, with a strong cultural emphasis on clarity, rhythm and the one-team approach.
The Role
This position acts as the connective point between the CEO, Executive Committee and broader organisation. You will manage governance activity, support leadership events and ensure strategic priorities are executed at pace.
A typical week will include coordinating Exco and Board papers, preparing agendas and minutes, tracking actions, briefing the CEO ahead of key meetings and ensuring momentum across strategic workstreams. You will coordinate forward schedules, align stakeholders, and support the CEO with external engagements where required.
You will also play a central role in driving organisational rhythm, ensuring quarterly reviews, strategic days and leadership forums are well planned, delivered and documented. The role combines exceptional organisation with strategic awareness, enabling leaders to focus on what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the planning and documentation of CEO and Executive Committee governance activity
*Prepare and quality check Board, Exco and Committee papers to ensure clarity and consistency
*Maintain forward schedules of business, Board and investor activity
*Track and coordinate CEO and Exco priorities, ensuring follow-through on actions and milestones
*Act as the central interface for CEO internal and external engagement
*Draft briefings, communications and strategic updates
*Partner with HR and Communications to ensure messages cascade effectively
*Support all-employee webinars, leadership forums and strategic reviews
Required experience and skills
*Senior business management experience within a fast-paced, complex or regulated business (ideally financial services or a professional service)
*Proven experience leading governance activity including minute-taking, documentation and action tracking
*Strong understanding of strategic project coordination and business planning
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and confidential matters professionally
*Collaborative, approachable, able to build trust at all levels
*Digitally confident with document-management and productivity platforms
