Five Shift Rotation - Working on a continental shift pattern (7 on 2 off, 7 on 2 off, 7 on 10 days off with a mixture of days night and afters)
Salary: £47,305
Are you a skilled Toolroom professional looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a Mould Shop Repairer to join their team in Rotherham, where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of mould equipment essential to production.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Repairing mould equipment to precise specifications, including:
*Mould cavities
*Blank cavities
*Neck ring and baffle matching

*Modifying equipment to improve production efficiency
*Recording all repair work accurately
*Ensuring a continuous supply of equipment for production
*Locating and retrieving mould equipment from storage and factory areas
*Reading and interpreting technical drawings
*Communicating effectively with the Mould Shop Manager
*Blasting mould and neck equipment as required
*Providing correct spare equipment for machines
*Supporting General Operatives when needed
*Covering during holidays and sickness
*Performing other reasonable duties within your skill set
Skills & Experience:
*Previous Toolroom experience (e.g. bench fitting)
*Apprenticeship trained in Toolroom work (preferred)
*FLT licence (desirable)
