Role: Accounts Administrator
Hours: Part Time (4 days)
Salary: Up to £28k per annum FTE
Role
*Prepare and issue purchase orders
*Provide administrative assistance to team members
*Perform account reconciliations
*Compile and deliver monthly reports
*Manage ordering of office supplies and stationery
*Maintain and update databases
*Process staff expenses and supplier invoices
*Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries
Experience
*Experience using Microsoft Office packages
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
*Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
