About the Role:
One to One Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join our clients busy and dynamic Commercial Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to contribute to a thriving practice and develop their career within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters
*Advising clients on Commercial Conveyancing transactions
*Drafting and negotiating Landlord and Tenant agreements
*Managing Financing and Development agreements
*Working collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality service
*Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and ensuring compliance with legal standards
What you’ll need:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
*At least 3 years PQE in Commercial Property law
*Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in:
*Commercial Conveyancing
*Landlord and Tenant matters
*Financing and Development agreements

*Excellent communication and client management skills
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy department
*A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
