Job Description:
*Start Date: ASAP
*Duration: 3 to 4 months
*Hours: 40 Per week
*Location: West London
This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with immigration status by meticulously updating and reviewing records. This temporary position offers a focused yet flexible work schedule during term time.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Check passports and share codes for approximately 3,500 pupils to ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
*Orchestrate email campaigns to parents, requesting them to update their children’s records via the school platform.
*Proactively chase families by phone and email to ensure all records are complete and up-to-date.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
*An understanding of French is preferred.
*Strong proficiency in Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create pivot tables).
*Familiarity with Google Suite and email tools.
*Exceptional attention to detail.
*Must possess a clear enhanced DBS for Child Workforce or willing to start the process
