Conveyancing Fee earner Job Summary:
My client are a Listed Legal 500 firm who have won multiple awards across multiple disciplines.
They are offering a FANTASTIC opportunity for an experienced Fee earner to join their Property team. They have a head count of 100 employees with multiple offices across Essex.
An excellent understanding of CQS protocols and compliance requirements is essential and previous experience of managing a small conveyancing team is preferred
You should be able to:
Run a substantial caseload and perform a full range of tasks;
*Act independently when establishing priorities and managing deadlines;
*Work well within a team;
*Utilise your experience and knowledge of conveyancing;
*Communicate, and build relationships, with clients and third parties in a professional manner;
*Provide good customer service; and assist the team to ensure company targets are met.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Complete tasks efficiently, accurately and within specified timescales, such as:
*Manage a substantial caseload of residential transactions
*Checking contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results.
*Replying to legal enquiries
*Resolving queries
*Dealing with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions.
Majority of the case work
*Sales and Purchases
*Leasehold
*Re- Mortgages
*Transfer of equity
*Shared Ownership
