Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for:
*Taking ownership of the annual budget and five-year planning processes
*Leading in-year reforecasting, collaborating with the business partnering team to deliver comprehensive forecasts across all business lines (including Balance Sheet, P&L, cashflows, and funding)
*Driving the development and utilisation of the Anaplan reporting and planning tool across the business
*Working closely with the core finance team to ensure the integrity of financial data
*Developing high-quality reporting and KPIs
*Building strong relationships with key contacts in the Senior Leadership Team
*Providing ad hoc analysis, including investment appraisals and deal modelling

What you will need:
*Previous experience in a senior FP&A role, Finance Business Partner, or similar role, leading budgeting and forecasting processes
*Proven track record of developing high-quality reporting and KPI suites
*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience
*Experience within financial services or another complex, technology-driven organisation is highly beneficial
*Extensive day-to-day experience with Anaplan (or another modern planning tool)
*Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and model data; Power BI experience is a plus
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
