Lecturer – Business & Tourism

We are seeking a Lecturer in Business & Tourism for our Buckinghamshire campus. This role involves both teaching and administrative responsibilities, ideal for candidates who are passionate about education and have expertise in business and tourism. The position is available for both agency cover and as a permanent role, with a start date of 5th January 2026.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver 12 hours of teaching per week, focusing on Business and Tourism.
*Prepare and develop lesson plans and teaching materials.
*Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to promote learning and improvement.
*Conduct 5.5 hours of administrative duties per week, including student records management and meeting participation.
*Engage with students to support their academic and personal development.
*Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of Business and Tourism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Relevant degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
*Experience in teaching at a tertiary level is preferred.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students.
