Robert Half are partnering with a long-standing client based in North Bristol to recruit an Interim Finance Manager.
Job Title: Finance Manager
Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Location: North Bristol
Working Pattern: Two days on site, three from home
Day Rate: Up to £250 per day PAYE
Start Date: ASAP
Job Duties:
*Lead and oversee all balance sheet reconciliations, including inter-company accounts, fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
*Identify and resolve reconciliation issues.
*Prepare key reconciliations and supporting schedules for audit and statutory accounts.
*Calculate and post manual provisions such as accruals and prepayments.
*Manage VAT return preparation and related reconciliations.
*Support cashflow forecasting through accurate tracking of payments, income, costs, and project-level cash metrics.
*Assist with budget/forecast preparation, including reconciliation checks for completeness and accuracy
About You:
*You’ll bring strong recent experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-moving or commercial environment
*Professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) are welcome but not essential experience is key
*You must be available to start immediately and commit for at least 3 months
