Head of Client Accounting – Our Client, is a property management firm who has been established for over 25 years. Their portfolio includes both residential and commercial properties and due to a restructure and new business they are now looking for a Head of Client Accounting to join their team. The successful candidate will be at a Senior Client Accountant/ Account Manager level looking for their next step up.


THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS for the Head of Client Accounting will include:
*Managing a team of 5 people.
*Overseeing and managing the year-end service charge accounting process.
*Preparing complex year-end service charge accounts.
*Preparing quarterly and annual client reports.
*Responsible for overseeing the Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
*Preparing bank reconciliation.
*Handling supplier queries.
*Overseeing credit control and ensuring outstanding balances are closed.
*Maintenance of the property management database and implementation of new AI processes/software.
*Collating and running reports.


THE PERSON and SKILL REQUIREMENTS for the Head of Client Accounting:
*MUST HAVE experience of working in a property finance team.
*Experience of mentoring/managing staff.
*Experience of preparing year-end service charge accounts and client reporting.
*Familiar with Property Management System such as QUBE/TRAMPS/YARDI
*Happy to work 4/5 days in the office to start with.
