Senior User Researcher - Secure Environment
Contract: 6 Months
Location: London (on-site up to 2 days per week)

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to join a high-profile transformation programme within a secure environment. This role requires active SC clearance, proven experience working on central government projects, and the ability to operate in complex, data-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities: *Design and facilitate user research activities to inform product and service development.
*Plan and execute research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
*Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Security Specialists) to translate research findings into actionable insights.
*Present findings to stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
*Ensure research outputs drive improvements in user experience and security posture.
Essential Skills & Experience: *Proven experience as a User Researcher within central government projects.
*Strong understanding of user research methodologies and analysis techniques.
*Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
*Experience working in secure environments and handling sensitive data.
*Active SC Clearance (required for immediate start).
