About the Role * Teach a Year 2 mainstream class with mixed SEN needs

* Supported by two experienced Teaching Assistants who play an active role in interventions, behaviour support and classroom routines

* Deliver engaging and well-differentiated lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum

* Use creative strategies to support pupils’ communication, emotional development and academic progress

* Work closely with the SENCO, leadership team and support staff to ensure personalised provision for each child

What We’re Looking For * A qualified teacher with QTS

* Experience in KS1 (Year 2 experience desirable but not essential)

* Confidence supporting children with additional needs (SEN experience highly valued)

* A patient, adaptable and proactive approach

* Strong behaviour management and commitment to inclusive practice

* A team player who works well with TAs, leaders and parents
