Graduate M&A Broking Opportunity – Lloyd’s Broker

I’m partnering with a leading Lloyd’s broker seeking to appoint a high-potential graduate to join their growing Transactional Risks team. This is a rare opportunity to step directly into one of the most dynamic and fast-developing areas of the insurance market.

About the Role Working closely with senior brokers and underwriters across the London Market, you will support the placement of Title insurance solutions including Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), Tax Liability and Contingent Risk products. This position offers outstanding exposure to real transactions from day one, along with a clear development path and industry-leading training.
Responsibilities include:
*Assisting brokers with the placement of W&I and related transactional risk policies
*Supporting the due diligence process and reviewing deal documentation
*Liaising with underwriters, lawyers, advisors and corporate clients
*Preparing market submissions, presentations and internal reports
*Building strong foundational knowledge of deal structures, risk analysis and Lloyd’s market processes
*Contributing to client pitches and renewal/placement support
About You This role is ideal for an ambitious graduate looking to build a long-term career in transactional risk or the wider specialty insurance market.
We are looking for:
*A recent graduate (2:1 or above) in law, finance, business, economics or a related field
*Strong analytical and communication skills
*Genuine interest in M&A, corporate transactions or financial services
*Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
*A proactive, detail-orientated approach with the ability to work under pressure
*A willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
Prior insurance experience is not required — training will be provided.
