Location: REDHILL
Team: Customer Services
£26,750 p.a.
Full time, 36 hours
Hybrid working - expected office days 5 days per week commencing role, with increased flexibility following completion of onboarding.
A valued client is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Services Advisor to join their dedicated Customer Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
?? Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service across various channels including phone, email, live chat, social media, and face-to-face. Responsibilities include:
*Providing accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries.
*Resolving queries at first point of contact wherever possible.
*Escalating complex issues appropriately and completing any necessary follow-up or administrative tasks.
?? Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will bring:
*Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong understanding of service standards.
*Knowledge of repair and maintenance processes.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse customer base.
*Confidence using digital tools and IT systems.
