People Experience Advisor
Pay: £400-£450 per day
Contract Length: 6 months initially
Location: London
Hybrid working- 3 days onsite 2 days remote
Start: January 2026
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally known gaming and technology company in the heart of London!
The Opportunity: People Experience (PX) Team
As part of the People Experience team, you’ll gain broad exposure across the entire employee lifecycle. Working closely with specialists across the People team, you’ll contribute to delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Main Responsibilities
*Provide professional PX support to colleagues across the EMEA region.
*Manage employee cases in ServiceNow, delivering excellent customer experience and meeting SLAs.
*Spot case trends, identify process improvements, and proactively support employee and manager self-service.
*Handle family leave and flexible working requests, working with managers and employees to ensure smooth processes.
*Manage benefits processes such as long service awards and games code allocation.
*Support onboarding, leading new starter inductions.
*Carry out pre-employment checks (referencing and right to work) to ensure compliance.
*Maintain accurate records in Workday and other systems, adhering to data protection.
*Produce contracts, letters, and other employee documentation accurately and on time.
*Build strong working relationships with colleagues, managers, and partners.
*Escalate issues as needed.
What We’re Looking For
*Experienced PX/HR Advisor with knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practice across multiple EMEA countries.
*Excellent communication in English (additional European language is a plus).
*Collaborative team player.
*A process improvement mindset, proactively seeking and driving change.
*Confident leading in-person onboarding sessions.
*Curious and keen to understand both the why and the how.
*Solid understanding of HR legal principles in the UK and EMEA.
*In-depth knowledge of UK right to work requirements.
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
*Ability to manage complex cases and prioritise workload effectively.
*Customer-focused, experienced in meeting SLAs and delivering excellent service.
*Skilled in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
*Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is desirable.
