Job Description:
Our client being a national firm of Loss Adjusters are looking to hire a Private Clients Concierge within the Loss Adjusting Division, based in our Bolton, Birmingham or Glasgow office on a hybrid basis.
Will provide day to day support for the property field adjusters, ensuring adherence to contractual/Client SLA’s and KPI’s. The role involves providing first class customer service to our customers, clients, and colleagues, ensuring that all claims are pro-actively managed to conclusion; ensuring client specific service level criteria is met.
Excellent degree of knowledge of property related claims and principles
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Cert CILA / Cert CII is desirable but not essential
Standard working week is 35 hours, Monday to Friday with flexibility to work from home /office.
