Role Requirements:
Experience:
*Qualified Solicitor (ideally 4-10 PQE+) with experience in Scottish commercial real estate work
*Enthusiastic and self-motivated team player committed to supporting team goals
*Strong organisational skills to manage tasks within timescales and handle high-volume projects
Skills:
*Confident communicator with the ability to develop relationships internally and with clients and undertake client marketing
*Ability to adopt a commercial perspective on legal issues
*Methodical approach to handling various commercial property matters through case management systems
*Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-standard work
