Altum Consulting is proud to be partnering with UK’s leading charity for older people to look for a Finance Analyst to join their FP&A team and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insight.
You’ll work closely with operational managers, directors, and the FP&A Manager to develop robust financial models, provide insightful analysis, and create business intelligence that drives strategic and operational decisions across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing * Financial Analysis:
Develop financial modelling and deliver high-level insights to support business decisions across the organisation.

* Reporting:
Produce regular management reports, including ROI analysis, provision calculations, cost reviews, and forecast modelling.

* Budgeting:
Support preparation of budgets and forecasts, build financial models, analyse cost trends, and assist with system budget uploads.

* Financial Projects:
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation.

What You’ll Bring (Must Haves) * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

*1-2 years’ experience in business finance or a similar role.
* Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong financial modelling skills and experience building detailed models in Power BI.

* High fluency in Excel formulas and functions.

* Excellent analytical thinking and data interpretation ability.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

*Confident communicator able to build relationships and present insights.
* A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

* Ability and willingness to learn new IT systems.
