Receptionist – Dental Practice
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate
Are you an organised and friendly individual with excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join a busy dental practice in Maidstone on a temporary basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out
*Answering phone calls and booking appointments
*Handling patient queries and providing information
*Maintaining accurate records and updating the system
*Processing payments and managing invoices
*Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks

*Previous experience in reception or customer service (medical/dental experience desirable)
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency
