SEN Teaching Assistants - Southampton

About the Role:
You will work closely with teachers to support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your role will involve:
*Providing tailored support to individual students and small groups.
*Assisting with classroom activities and adapting resources to meet diverse needs.
*Promoting inclusion and positive learning experiences.
*Supporting personal development and emotional well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred).
*Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
