Purchasing Coordinator - Immediate Start!

We are recruiting for a Purchasing Coordinator to join a well-established business in Larkfield. This role is integral to the smooth running of the supply chain and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
*Raising and processing purchase orders
*Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment
*Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
*Managing pricing, lead times, and negotiating terms where necessary
*Resolving any delivery or invoice discrepancies
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
*Confident using IT systems and Excel
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
