Early Years Practitioner | Waltham Forest | Flexible Daily Supply | £82.14-£100 per day | Level 2/3 | ASAP Start Reeson Education is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our flexible supply pool supporting nurseries and EYFS settings across Waltham Forest. This is an ideal role for an Early Years Practitioner who wants the freedom to choose their working days while still gaining consistent experience across a range of early years environments.
Schools and nurseries in Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and Chingford frequently request qualified Early Years Practitioners to support children aged 2-5 with play-based learning, communication development, early phonics, social confidence and EYFS routines. Working as a flexible Early Years Practitioner allows you to experience multiple settings while providing much-needed continuity for early learners.
Early Years Practitioner - Role Details * Rate: £82.14-£100 per day

* Start: ASAP

* Working Pattern: Daily supply, fully flexible

* Location: Waltham Forest

* Qualification:Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare essential

Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner * Supporting children in play-based and structured EYFS activities

* Assisting with phonics, storytelling, early number work and communication tasks

* Helping children develop independence, social skills and emotional regulation

* Maintaining a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment

* Adapting quickly to different nurseries and early years classrooms

Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner * MUST hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

* Must have prior experience in EYFS or nursery settings

* Warm, patient, child-centred approach

* Ability to work flexibly across multiple schools and nurseries

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
