Job Opportunity: Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Glasgow
Overview:
A great opportunity to join a highly regarded Residential Property team with a presence across several Scottish locations. You’ll work on a varied mix of residential conveyancing matters and support a range of clients, from private individuals to developers. This role suits someone who enjoys a diverse caseload and regular client contact.
Role Requirements:
*Manage residential transactions including sales, purchases and general conveyancing work
*Advise a mix of private clients, businesses and property developers
*Support housebuilder work from early stages of site acquisition through to plot sales
*Maintain excellent client service in a busy, deadline-driven environment
Experience:
*Open to applicants at all PQE levels
*Experience in residential property work is beneficial
*Able to manage files independently and communicate confidently with clients
Skills:
*Good organisational and time-management abilities
*Clear, professional communication skills
*Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
