Reed is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading provider based in Bradford. Our client is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through innovative mobility solutions.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic support across a range of products and services
*Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
*Provide accurate information about products, services, and delivery and installation timelines.
*Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and processing returns or exchanges.
*Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
*Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
*Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure smooth customer experiences.
*Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
*Provide aftercare service to enhance customer satisfaction and improve Google reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a customer service role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
*Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools.
*Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
