The Project Manager will work across commercial and education schemes, managing project lifecycles from feasibility to completion. The Project Manager’s role The Project Manager will deliver end-to-end project services including procurement, planning, contract admin and stakeholder liaison. You’ll oversee project delivery against programme and cost plans.
The Project Manager * 3+ years’ experience in a consultancy setting

* BSc in Construction, Project Management or similar

* Ideally working towards chartership (MRICS/MAPM)

* Good knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts

* Experience in education or public sector is beneficial
