Job Description:
Halliday Marx have partnered with an outstanding sports brand to recruit an Accounts Payable specialist on a Permanent basis.
THIS ROLE IS FULLY IN THE OFFICE
£30,000 - £32,000
Start ASAP
Responsibilities
*Process a high volume of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and efficiently
*Monitor and manage the AP email inbox on a continual basis
*Reconcile company credit card statements
*Complete supplier statement reconciliations
*Match, batch, and code incoming invoices promptly and correctly
*Support data verification between legacy and new systems (e.g., confirming bank details and email addresses are current)
*Process all utility bills in a timely manner
Requirements
*Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Accounts Payable
*Willingness to work on-site, 5 days per week
*Proven experience handling high-volume AP processing (at least 250 invoices per week)
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively
