Personal Injury Solicitor – Birmingham

About the Role:
You will primarily represent adoption carers—including grandparents, aunts, uncles and other family members—through care proceedings, providing advice on Special Guardianship Orders, support plans and allowances. The role offers a meaningful and impactful caseload, alongside the flexibility to structure your working hours in a way that suits your lifestyle.
This Legal 500 firm is experiencing continued growth and is now seeking a Child Care Solicitor to join its expanding team. Hybrid and part-time options are available.
Key Requirements:
*Ideally 1+ year PQE (however, all levels of experience will be considered)
*Strong understanding of child care law, particularly care proceedings and special guardianship matters
*Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
*Knowledge of legal aid eligibility or experience billing for legal services
*Confident in advocacy or willing to develop advocacy skills
*A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment
