Description
*Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
*Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and documentation.
*Handle employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
*Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping.
*Process statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and pensions.
*Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll operations.
*Implement improvements to streamline payroll processes where possible.
Profile
A successful Standalone Payroller should have:
*Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
*Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
