Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer to join its well-established firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and knowledgeable Practitioner to lead and develop high-quality Private Client work within a supportive environment.
About the Role
You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
*Wills
*Probate and estate administration
*Powers of attorney
*General estate and succession planning
*Our client welcomes applications from both Solicitors and Legal Executives with substantial experience in Private Client law
What Our Client Is Looking For
*Strong technical knowledge of Wills and Probate
*Ability to manage files independently with a high level of accuracy
*Excellent client-care skills and a professional, approachable manner
*Experience supervising or willingness to take on a senior role within the department
