We’re seeking Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a growing engineering team. Hours:
*Total 42 hours across 3.5 days per week
*3 x 12 hour Day shift (06:00 – 18:00) aligned with site engineering shutdowns + additional 6 hours alternating Wednesday and Friday each week 07:00 – 13:00.
Key responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer:
*Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
*Perform both reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment
*Keep maintenance records up to date using our CMMS system
*Work closely with production to meet daily performance goals
*Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
*Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
Quals / Experience required of Maintenance Engineer:
*Time-served/apprenticeship-trained engineer
*Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
*Strong mechanical or electrical skillset
*Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
*Positive, proactive mindset and a team player
