PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lawes has partnered with a leading risk and claims administration organisation who is looking for a dedicated and motivated professional to join their liability team as a Liability Utilities Adjuster covering Scotland.
OVERVIEW
*Manage your own caseload across Scotland
*Attend site visits and provide expert support
*Work within one of the largest liability teams globally
*The division is dynamic and fast-paced, dealing with incidents such as: Burst water mains, Electrical faults, Fires, Sewage escapes
*These cases often involve multiple parties and require urgent response. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients navigate complex claims with professionalism and care. EXPERIENCE& REQUIREMENTS
*Experienced gained within claims management or adjusting environments
*Hold a full, clean driving licence
*Experience of handling liability, property damage or utilities claims
*Insurance qualifications preferred but not essential

*Calm under pressure and adaptable
*Excellent communicators
