Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Biology curriculum.
- Maintain long-term commitment to the school, demonstrating stability and dedication.


Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching Biology at A-level with a track record of success.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Biology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit to long spells at the same school, contributing to its ongoing success.
