Job Description:
My client, a well-established and dynamic City-based media company, is seeking an Events and Networking Coordinator to join a fast-paced team.
The role involves a mix of data mining, marketing, event coordination, and contact management.
Responsibilities include:
*Sourcing, creating and utilising data
*Creating and scheduling marketing emails
*Designing and implementing marketing copy and using it with data pulls
*Analysing campaigns to find optimum solutions
*Booking venues and managing catering and delegate requests for roundtables (small lunches and dinners)
*Delegate support management for conferences
*Ordering supplies for events
*Managing AV, booking in-house photographers, setting up websites, and helping update these for roundtables and conferences
*Attending all conferences and roundtables
It would be useful, though not essential, to have knowledge of MS Dynamics along with basic MS Office products.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be IT-savvy, a fast learner, and possess excellent communication skills.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2–3 days per week based in their London office. Occasionally, some work may take place outside usual office hours, such as early mornings or evenings.
Salary circa 30K - 32K
