Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Full Time Location: Peckham
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time

What you will do * Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
* Promote children’s learning and well-being in line with the EYFS framework
* Build strong and positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment at all times
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to learning journals
* Ensure safeguarding, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
What we’re looking for Level 3 (or above) Early Years Qualification - essential
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar early years role
Strong understanding of EYFS and child-centred learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A warm, caring, and professional approach
Commitment to continuous development and high-quality practice
