They are now looking to appoint experienced Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisers who want to build a long-term, scalable business within a high-performance environment.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an adviser seeking flexibility, high earnings, autonomy, and strong support. You will manage your own client bank, build introducer relationships, and provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice while benefiting from a structure that maximises income and minimises network friction.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
*Manage enquiries, assess needs, and recommend suitable products.
*Build and maintain introducer relationships to generate new business.
*Maintain high levels of customer service and meet compliance requirements.
*Work closely with marketing, operations, and mentoring teams.
*Operate independently while benefiting from full back-office support.
*Grow your own long-term client bank under a respected national brand.

Requirements
*CeMAP-qualified.
*At least 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Adviser (whole-of-market preferred).
