Job Description:
A well-established and highly respected provider of school photography services is seeking a driven and personable Sales Executive to join their team. With a legacy spanning six decades and a customer base of over 2,000 educational establishments, this organisation is known for its commitment to quality and service.
This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on face-to-face interaction, and is passionate about building lasting relationships in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
*Visiting schools in person to promote photography services and products.
*Generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients (approx. 150 schools).
*Creating tailored package deals that meet customer needs while ensuring profitability.
*Handling objections professionally and presenting solutions confidently.
*Planning and managing your own schedule to maximise productivity.
*Staying informed about competitor activity and market trends.
*Coordinating with internal teams to manage bookings and availability.
*Meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*Smart, professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
*Tenacious, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.
*Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
*Strong organisational skills and initiative.
*Enjoys driving and being on the road daily.
