Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join their team as an enthusiastic and dedicated member. The company is continuously growing with market trends and requires a candidate who is keen to support the company in reaching its goals.
Working hybrid, two days in the office and 3 from home this position will consist of 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday based near Woburn. Offering £30,000-£35,000 per annum.
Duties of the Assistant Management Accountant:
*Complete profit and loss balance sheet month end reviews.
*Inter-company billing.
*Monthly sales invoices.
*Prepare payment runs.
*Cashflow planning.
*Present reports collated from monthly reviews.
*VAT Returns.
*Year-end closing liaising with appointed accountant.
*Customer billing and reconciliation.
Personal Attributes:
*AAT Level 3 or qualified by experience.
*Previous work experience within a similar role.
*Strong computer skills and software experience with Word, Excel, QuickBooks and Xero including being able to complete VLOOKUP and PIVOT tables in Excel.
*Good problem-solving skills.
*Driver’s licence and access to won transport due to location.
*Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
*Work well on your own initiative but also being a positive ’can-do’ attitude to teamwork.
