Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Failsworth based client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong Accounts Payable expertise to a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in Purchase Ledger and Accounts Payable
*Ability to work quickly and accurately with minimal supervision
*Confident using financial systems and Microsoft Outlook
*Experience with Syspro is highly desirable, but not essential
*Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
*Managing payment runs and reconciling supplier statements
*Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
*Supporting month-end processes as needed
