Job Specification: Wet Works Engineer Location: North Hertfordshire (SG, AL, MK, WD areas)
Hours: 45 per week, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-6:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role We are recruiting for a Wet Works Engineer to carry out a range of wet work tasks across domestic and commercial properties. This includes cylinder replacements, radiator upgrades, heating controls (2/3 port valves), pumps, pipework and power flushing. You will also respond to leaks in occupied and unoccupied homes, working independently and maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities * Complete wet works including cylinders, radiators, valves, pumps, power flushing and associated pipework

* Attend and resolve water leaks

* Work safely, completing risk assessments before starting jobs

* Meet client expectations and timescales

* Wear correct PPE and represent the company professionally

* Identify required parts/materials and log work accurately using a handheld device

* Undertake additional duties as required

Person Specification * Strong practical and problem-solving skills

* Able to work independently and safely

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Valid CSCS card

* Asbestos awareness

* Able to work in confined spaces and at height

Essential Qualifications * Plumbing qualifications (NVQ or equivalent)

* G3 Unvented

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Gas qualification beneficial but not essential
