Job Description:
I’m currently supporting a leading global financial services organisation in their search for a Tax Compliance & Reporting Senior Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing tax team with broad exposure across UK and international tax, complex transactions, and senior leadership.
Key Focus Areas:
*Lead UK corporate tax compliance and statutory tax reporting
*Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions under UK GAAP/US GAAP
*Advise senior stakeholders on cash repatriation, debt structuring, refinancing and group transactions
*Support major projects including acquisitions, divestment and international structuring
*Manage CIR, SAO, QIPs and UK Tax Strategy requirements
*Drive tax technology and process optimisation across reporting cycles
*Collaborate with finance and global tax teams on legislative changes and global tax risk

This role is based in London - 2 - 3 days a week in the office.
Salary - Between £100k - £110k base + bonus and benefits
