Marketing Manager – Individuals

Location: UK or Ireland (flexible, travel as required)

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing for private client tax and wealth management teams, targeting high-net-worth individuals. This is a unique opportunity to shape client-focused marketing strategies, build the brand, and drive business growth.

What you’ll do:
*Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
*Communicate the value of tax, trusts, and financial planning services.
*Lead digital campaigns, thought leadership, and PR to engage clients and prospects.
*Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support strategic priorities.
*Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
*Define KPIs and report performance to senior stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
*5+ years in marketing management, ideally with HNW or wealth management experience.
*Strong understanding of high-net-worth markets.
*Hands-on, KPI-driven, and able to translate complex financial topics into clear, compelling messaging.
