Job Title: Internal Verifier / IQA - Hospitality
Location: Home based - Must be flexible with travel as required
Salary: £32,000
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria: *Must hold a recognised IQA qualification.
*Must have experience of verifying Hospitality Apprenticeships (Front of House and/or Back of House)
*Must possess solid, occupational experience within the Hospitality sector (Front of House and/or Back of House)
*Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
*Must be flexible with travel as required.
Role duties: *Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Hospitality Apprenticeships (Front of House and/or Back of House)
*Develop, plan and execute Quality Improvement Plans, driving and promoting continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
*Conduct regular standardisation meetings, as well as observations of teaching and learning.
*Ensure the timely achievement of learners.
*Update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
